1. General
Welcome to Asiko (asiko.tv) (“the Service”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service and apply to all visitors and registered users. By accessing or using Asiko, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Changes to These Terms
Asiko may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

3. Use of the Service
To use Asiko, you must:

be at least 13 years old,
be able to enter into a binding agreement,
comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Content
Asiko provides access to films and related metadata (“Content”) for your personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or use the Content for any commercial or unauthorized purpose unless explicitly permitted.

5. Viewing Passes (Access)
Access to the Content requires purchasing a Viewing Pass (Day, Week, Month, Annual, or Lifetime).

All passes are one-time payments and do NOT auto-renew.
A pass is valid only for the purchased duration.
No automatic charges will ever be made after your pass expires.
If you remove your membership/pass, access will end immediately, and payments already made are not refunded.

6. Intellectual Property
All Content available on Asiko is owned by Asiko or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Viewing Pass grants you a limited, non-transferable right to access the Content for personal use.

7. Limitations on Use
You agree not to:

bypass or interfere with security features of the Service,
copy, record, share, or redistribute Content,
use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

8. Account Termination
Asiko may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time via our feedback form.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Asiko operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
